These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by K9 Rox Club, including bookings, boarding, daycare, training, and communications via phone, text, or email.
Services
By scheduling services with K9 Rox Club, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with our facility rules. All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and temperament-appropriate for group play.
Communication Consent
By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving communications from us regarding your account, bookings, and promotional messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing texts at any time by replying “STOP.”
Payment & Cancellation
Payment is due at drop-off or pickup unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Liability
While we do our best to ensure the safety and well-being of all pets, K9 Rox Club is not responsible for injuries or illnesses that may occur during services. Owners are required to disclose any behavioral or health concerns in advance.
Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates your agreement to any changes.
