At K9 Rox Club your dog’s safety and well-being are the priority. It is our responsibility to keep your loved one free of illness and contaminants. Vaccines are the first line of defense! For the safety of the facility and all its members we require proof of vaccination at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation.
- Rabies: Required by law. This vaccination is essential as rabies is a fatal disease that can be transmitted to humans and other animals.
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough): Kennel cough is a highly contagious respiratory infection, and this vaccine is often required for dogs in group settings like daycares.
- Distemper (DHPP): This highly contagious viral disease can affect a dog's respiratory, gastrointestinal, and nervous systems. It is crucial for preventing outbreaks.
- Parvovirus (DHPP): Parvo is a highly contagious virus that can cause severe gastrointestinal illness, especially in puppies. This vaccination helps prevent its spread.

Vaccinations are essential for keeping your loved one safe and free of illness. One unvaccinated dog can put the entire facility in jeopardy. At K9 Rox Club we ensure the environment is free of contaminants to ensure your dog will thrive.
Yes, we’re happy to pick up and drop off your dog at your preferred locations. If this is your first booking, the service is completely free! For future bookings, we charge $1 per mile from our facility, which typically ranges between $5–$15, depending on your location.

- Behavioral Expectations: The contract may include rules regarding the dog's behavior while in daycare, such as aggression or anxiety issues, and what actions will be taken if problems arise.
- Grooming Services: This is dependent on packages purchased

Our team makes cleanliness a top priority. We execute a strict cleaning schedule through the day and night. We only use pet-friendly, non-toxic products that ensure your pet’s safety.
Yes, we absolutely do! If your dog has allergies, whether food-related or environmental, just let us know during booking. We’ll make sure their needs are fully accommodated, from special diets to avoiding specific treats or materials. Your dog’s safety and comfort are always our top priority.

Our dog daycare includes everything your pup needs for a happy, balanced day. We believe dogs should have fun, stay active, and also get plenty of rest. Each day includes supervised playtime, socialization, rest breaks, and scheduled meal times if needed. It’s all about keeping your dog safe, stimulated, and cared for, just like they would be at home.
Yes! Although we do have leashes on hand we require that all dogs be on personal leashes in our lobby. We do advise that all dogs stay on leash in our busy parking lot.
